What Is Included
BEATS is a managed Executive Assistant firm. We do not place assistants and leave you to manage them. We design execution systems around how you specifically think and operate – then assign trained, in-house EAs to run those systems. We manage the team. You focus on leadership.
Every engagement begins with Kim directly. She calibrates to the executive, installs the system, and remains accountable for outcomes – whether she is working hands-on or overseeing the team maintaining the infrastructure.

What the Client provides
- Access to email, calendar, and relevant platforms

- Availability for the three structured check-in calls
- Honest feedback when something is not working
- Decision authority within the agreed scope
What the Client does not do
- Manage or direct the EA directly
- Train or onboard the EA
- Track task completion or follow up with the EA
Investment
USD 3,500 per month × 3 months = USD 10,500 total Foundation investment
Billed monthly in advance. First month due before the Engagement Start Date. No refunds once a month has commenced — the investment in system design begins on Day 1.
On Day 90, you and Kim review together.
